1. Are VOLCANO beds stable?
Yes. All VOLCANO beds are engineered to provide maximum stability and long-term durability. They remain silent, without squeaks or movement, and solid even under high weight loads.
2. What materials are used?
We use high-quality forged iron, specially processed to ensure maximum strength and an impeccable aesthetic result. Each model is handcrafted by experienced artisans.
3. How are the beds painted?
All beds are electrostatically powder-coated. They are thoroughly cleaned, then coated with acrylic powder and cured in a special oven at 180–200°C. This is the same method used in the automotive industry, ensuring long-lasting durability and a uniform, refined finish.
4. Is there a warranty?
Yes. All VOLCANO beds come with a lifetime warranty on the welds and the structural integrity of the frame.
5. What payment methods are available?
You may pay by credit or debit card, bank transfer, PayPal, or Klarna.
6. How long does delivery take?
Delivery usually takes 3 to 4 weeks from order confirmation and receipt of payment. Our team and the carrier will inform you in advance of the exact delivery time. Upon request and with an additional charge, expedited shipping can also be arranged.
7. How much does shipping cost?
The delivery cost is displayed during the checkout process.
8. Can I return the product?
Yes. In the case of a documented defect, you may return the product within 14 days of receipt. Please contact us first via email or fax.
Due to the customized nature of our production, returns or cancellations without a valid reason are not accepted.
9. Is assembly easy?
Yes. All VOLCANO products are designed for easy assembly.
Assembly time is approximately 15 minutes for a standard bed and around 40 minutes for a model with storage.
10. Why choose a VOLCANO anatomical metal base?
VOLCANO anatomical bases (Standard and Lux) are made entirely of high-strength iron and support loads of up to 400 kg.
They do not deform, do not squeak, and provide absolute stability and silence.
For ease of transport and installation, each base is delivered in two pieces per bed—without any compromise in quality.
11. What type of mattress can I use?
You may use any type of mattress: Bonnell springs, pocket springs, memory foam, latex, etc.
The mattress rests on the side frame, ensuring optimal support and a harmonious aesthetic result.
12. How can I match the bed with my bedroom décor?
For the best visual effect, we recommend creating a color contrast between the bed and the wall.
Bedside tables, dressers, and decorative elements are independent and can be freely selected.
13. Why choose back cushions and a bed surround?
Back cushions and the bed surround add warmth, comfort, and a sense of welcoming luxury, turning the bed into both a resting point and a visual centerpiece.
They are made from cotton fabrics, washable at 40°C, and filled with silicone hollow fibers that provide elasticity, hygiene, and long-lasting shape retention.
14. How can I recognize an authentic VOLCANO product?
All original VOLCANO beds feature an embossed mark on the frame, certifying their authenticity and origin.
15. Are the metal products demagnetized?
Yes. We apply a metal demagnetization process that reduces residual magnetic properties of iron, creating a more neutral and balanced sleeping environment.
This invisible technology does not affect the bed’s appearance and is part of VOLCANO’s manufacturing care and wellness philosophy.
16. Is custom manufacturing available?
Yes. Many of our models can be modified or customized upon request, with an additional charge.
17. Is the patina applied to the entire bed?
No. If a patinated finish is selected, the patina is applied only to the decorative elements of the design—not to the side parts or the base (bed frame).
18. Can I insure the shipment of my order?
Our packaging provides maximum protection. However, we recommend optional transport insurance to cover unforeseen events.
Shipments are carried out under FOB terms and include basic civil liability insurance.
19. Are the bed dimensions internal or external?
The dimensions stated in the order refer to the mattress size (internal dimensions).
External width and length may vary slightly depending on the design. Exact external dimensions are clearly stated in each product description.
